Sunscreen

I never used to care about applying sunscreen to myself during outdoor activities. I landscape during the summers for the last three years of college and never used sunscreen. I went to Cancun Mexico this summer and I then is when i began to think of how important this process was. If you would go outside at all you would need to apply and it was weird to have to remember every time because I never used to put it on. The affects of not using this are very serious. This will cause sun cancer later on in life and lead to unexpected bad news. You should always apply some when you will be in the outdoors doing any activity.
